DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Or at least not any Franchise owned and operated by Mike Redman or his employee, Chris Mayo. They will not stand behind their product. They will make claims and promises that sound great, but they can not come through with and will not back up when it goes bad. The Product itself might be good for new homes or new substrates, but if you have an older home, any claims Chris Mayo makes is a lie. And read EVERY LINE of your contract. The Awesome warranty only covers the product. Meaning the paint. If they do bad work or leave rotten wood on the house, as they did mine, when it fails, the only thing they will supply is more paint. You will have to pay for all labor and work done and you can only use them to do it, basically having to pay them twice for shoddy work, as only their TRAINED Professionals can apply their product. Which is total bull. My dealings with the second set of contract painters to try and fix the mess their full time painters caused, did not even speak English and didn’t know anything about the product or the company. It was basically the only painters they could find that were stupid enough to work for them, because apparently they screw over their employees as bad as they do their customers. Also, on that contact, it basically has been written so that you can not sue them. By signing it, you are agreeing to mediation only to fix what fails and you have to use their mediator. Translation, you are going to get messed over, again. My nightmare lasted almost two years. And in the end, it would have cost me a $20,000.00 retainer to hire an attorney to try and get back my $16,000.00 that I paid them for the job with no guarantee of getting my money back and probably twice that amount to the attorney to continue the fight in court if they didn’t agree to settle. The job went so bad, I began to keep a ledger and log and date everything that happened. If you would like to call me, 850-554-2638, I will be happy to tell you the whole story or email you all of my ledgers for you to read, as well as pictures and videos of the mess. Basically, I got screwed over multiple times by this company. And I will never get my money back and I will spend the next 5 years trying to patch up my house because of them. So if I can’t get my money back, maybe I can at least keep someone else from getting taken by this crooked company and these two predators.
