I've used Rhino's Plumbing & HVAC twice now. Both times the technicians that performed service were extremely helpful, professional, personable and overall just nice people! My most recent was service was re-installing the gas line to my new stove that the "big box" store I purchased from installed incorrectly. Not only did they recognize the personal impact of a non-functional stove has on a family; they were able to prioritize and have a technician out the same day! He evaluated the situation, explained why he was going to do the things he did, and further explained along the way each decision point and why he performed each step the way he did. I was very impressed! Not only do I now have a fully functioning stove, but I definitely learned a lot and feel more confident in my house-maintenance awareness in general! Will definitely use Rhino's Plumbing & HVAC in the future and would gladly reccomend them to anyone!

I had called another plumber recommended to me by a neighbor. They took my information and told me that they would call me back in a few minutes with an appointment day/time. Never heard from them again. Called Rhino’s based on their online reviews and got my appointment without any issue. Mike showed up within the window of time given and did a great job. Although I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rhino’s again or recommend them to a friend.
