    Bryan has done two major projects for us over the years. He completed our unfinished basement and did a fabulous job. He also took out and reinstalled all the windows in our house that were installed incorrectly when built. He then replaced water damaged siding and painted the entire house. Fabulous! Best of all he is a good communicator who does what he says he is going to do.

    Bryan is dedicated to the fine details. He took our ideas and helped us realize updates that we had not considered. He takes great pride in his work and provides the quality control to insure we were happy with every aspect of his work. He works fast and efficiently. Each day is planned to make the best use of his time. His preplanning means more productive work accomplished by having the materials on hand when he needed them. His coordination with the cabinet makers, granite, and tile material suppliers is further testament to getting the job done in a timely manner. His use of floor and wall protection during construction helps keep the construction debris contained, and our home protected. All construction debris is placed in his onsite trailer and disposed of by Bryan. He was easy to work with when we had questions and thouroughly explained any part of the work we didn't fully understand. He made recommendations when he thought he might be able improve upon our ideas.

    Bryan provided a contract that explained the details of completing the job, and included a fix price for the work, payment schedule, the estimated timeline and the provisions for any change orders if they occured. We generated two change orders based on some additions we added to the contract. The contract price was a very fair price for the work we wanted done and the change orders were fairly priced.

    The bottom line is we would recommend Bryan for anyone looking for the high quality, fair price and efficient home modifications. Our work involved updating the three bathrooms in our thirty year old home. The master bath shown in the picture has been seen by several of our friends and all were very excited by what we had done, including the heated tile floor. This bathroom was a total redo.

    We are currently looking at one additional modification we want Bryan to do for us.
