We had our pool deck renovated, along with the spillover spa and pool interior redone as well. The owner met with me twice, to give me the estimate and to pick up a check. Never saw the project manager at our house. Had problems with subcontractors screwing things up, or worse, half assing the job and then disappearing. Getting RHR to correct flaws and finish the job was a problem, although they weren't shy asking for payment. It took over a year to finally fix a lighting problem and even then they whacked me for 2 grand (including my $500 discount ). I was hopeful that a local company who had decent references would have better customer service during the process but I was wrong. They did tell me they'd be happy to fix my pool heater, but I'll go elsewhere for that repair. To this day I have not been asked by them how I like my pool and deck, so in case they read this, It looks nice, but I'll not be recommending your company to anyone.
