Make sure everything is in writing read the contract and Cross out what you don't agree with.
Watch a couple videos on replacing a roof and make yourself familiar with all the parts going on the roof.
Make sure the project manager gives you pictures showing all work promised is being done properly.
Do not final pay until you are100% satisfied with the work and the clean up.

Horrible experience with this company, Damaged Gutters, left Shingle bags shoved in gutters and thrown around my yard. No cleanup was ever done. I was NEVER informed the roof was ever finished other than they just stopped showing up and working on it. A month later I got a demand for Payment. This was an insurance claim so no pay would be given until I inform the insurance company, so you think they would inform me. Anyways the Sales associate Anna has threatened to put a lean on my home because she “Accidently” messed up my paperwork and put me as a “Cash” buyer instead of an insurance claim so she said I need to hurry up and pay. I have asked for the owner to contact me and have yet to receive any call from him and I even wrote him on Facebook to reach out but still nothing. They just expect me to take a a loss on the damage they caused and do nothing but say take some money off for the gutters. I don’t know what gutters cost, why is it on me to replace them? I’m not a roofer and I’m not the one who hired inexperienced roofers to do the job. Now Anna is threatening me again with past duepayment but little does she know until I get an actual call from the owner to apologize for the damage they caused to my home and for the disrespect Anna has given me and a final inspection and a handshake thanking me for my business they can talk to a lawyer because I have documents and pictures showing the business negligence and the blackmail by Anna. Oh also I asked for peel and stick and not the felt they were going to install, I got 2 different answers on to what they actually installed but not only that I was waiting for an estimate and never received one until I got a bill a month after install with a discount for the damaged gutters. Who is to say they aren’t cheating me on the peel and stick or over charging me to cover for the gutters they damaged. They have also not completed the roof leaving a possibility for my roof to leak have to hire another contractor to check. Would not trust this company owner refuses to speak to me because he knows he’s shady!

Have waited over a week for someone to contact me about replacing my roof. Was told when I called that someone would be in contact with me within 24hours by 2 different people. This never happened. If this is their way of conducting business, I will find and go with someone else who appreciates and wants my business. If they can't return a simple phone call, how can I depend on them or trust them to be there if there are problems afterwards?

I would absolutely recommend Rhyne Restoration to anyone. Tony Velez came out and explain to me what the process would be like and the the time frame for completion of the roofing project. It everything went as plan the project was finished on time and I am very pleased with the quality of the work they did for me. I would definitely use them again!!

- Building permit records show that Rhyne Restoration has worked on 2531 permitted projects.
After Hurricane Micheal, our house was heavily damaged. Our priority to be fixed was our roof, then we would proceed with other repairs. When I met Brian Cobb, he said they could have a new roof on our home within a few weeks. After two months passed, we finally got a check in the mail from our mortgage company which was NOT for ONLY the roof (as I was originally promised); it included the whole house. When I confronted Rhyne, they wanted us to sign the check over to them; when I refused, he accused me of having 'trust issues'!!!
The check is in our name and Rhyne Restoration's name; we are not releasing our insurance money to someone who just scammed us by submitting a request for funds on the whole house! I talked to the mortgage company and they need a signed agreement that nothing was done, nothing was paid, and nothing is owed. When this request was presented to Rhyne, they refused.
Given they have proven themselves as less than professional, we will NOT be doing business with these people.
They are holding us captive in a broken home that takes on more damage EVERY time it rains!
