Had a really great experience with Ricci's Home Improvement. We had a flood in our house and Michael was the first person to respond. I talked to him the day the flood happened and the next day he came out with a crew to start repairs. He ripped up all of the soaked flooring and dry wall right out to make sure no more damage would be done to all of our belongings. He also had our belongings moved into a storage unit and when completed he moved everything back in. He also was vey helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance claim. He sent out photo's on our behalf, spoke to the rep (who was not giving us the best deal, but Michael was able to get it for us), and got us a decent quote. Every question we had was answered very efficiently and in a timely manner. He did everything he could to make it the most painless and efficient experience it could be. The crew worked to the best of their capabilities, especially with this pandemic going on. His showroom was also very nice and there where a lot of options to choose from. At the end of the repairs Michael made sure to do final walk throughs to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. Will definitely be using Ricci's Home Improvement again with any future repairs or projects.
