We have wanted to turn an alcove in our bathroom into a shower stall for some time and talked to 3 different contractors about the job. One was so arrogant that we didn't want him in our home. Another talked as though he understood what we wanted but needed another opinion which was completely gutting our one bathroom and doing tons of work that no surprise would be very expensive. I finally contacted Rich because his work looked like quality and I had heard he was easy to deal with which was crucial. We could not be happier with everything he did for us. The shower came out perfectly, he saved my linoleum which I've always loved, directed us to the right place (Brass City Tile design) for a great piece of travertine for a curb top, was always pleasant and easy to work with and finished in 3 1/2 days! The cost was in line with what we anticipated too. He made this project a joy for us--something we never anticipated.
