I would not recommend Rich Drywall, Inc. for anything more than a quick patch job, perhaps.
I was having some leaking around my windows and the insurance company determined it was the stucco, so I hired Rich Drywall, Inc to repair it. Mr. Arriaran admitted to never seeing this many layers of stucco surrounding the windows, but assured me he could finish the job. He quoted 6-8 weeks. Not only did his crew not fix the stucco properly after working on it for 4.5 months, they banged too hard on the exterior wall, causing damage to the newly installed tile and grout on the interior wall in the bathroom. They also managed to pound so hard, the drywall screws came out in many walls. It took 6 days for them to fix the drywall alone! I warned him that I had all the sprinkler heads already installed, but they would be lowered. More than half were broken after only day 1. I asked him to be careful while on the roof because I have breakable roof tiles. They broke several tiles along with the glass that is above the entryway. Landscaping lights were knocked off, shattered, and left broken on the ground. The entire purpose of this job was to reflash the windows, but he didn’t not do it correctly and I was left with 5 leaky windows! I was told the stucco did not need a Polybond Mesh on the house because ‘it is not a new house’. Well the layers without the Polybond Mesh developed cracks after a few days. My yard, gutters, and the entire area where they had worked was left a mess, debris everywhere. He took no responsibility and this job was such a disappointment, as well as a major setback for my renovation.
