He is not your buddy. 30x40 Pole barn took 6 months to complete. Constantly had to hound him to show and do work. He was quick to cash the check though. I will never recommend him to anyone. he is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

I would never again hire rich or his crew. It took 2 years to complete a small pole building and the workmanship is terrible. He over ran the budget and schedule.

Rich fogal is nothing but a scam he takes people's money and does not complete what is on plans or in the contract. We have filed a very large lawsuit against him.ther is no doughty in the lawsuit I have hired engineers that have inspected his work . And the reports are horrible. I hope everyone reads this. Do not hire this guy. After all who shows up on a job site with flip-flops on. Just to give you an idea his price was 30000.00 lower than my other 2 bids to date I have spent 60000.00 over what I paid him . He did not pay for materials. I had to pay them or people were going to lean my property.the plans clearly say 17.5 ft ceilings. He gave me 15.8 ft ceilings. I tried contacting him several times . He had his attorney send me a letter not to contact him any more or he would have me arrested for harrassment. So he gives me no recourse but to sew him. I have filed law suit against him an I am going to make sure that it gets put in all the local newspapers.

Rich gave a proposal which included site prep, grading, building structure and concrete. His price quote was very reasonable. His crew led by his son did good work. The sub contractors he sent for other parts of the project were very good. I'm happy with my building overall. The only disappointment for me was a delay in completion. But that's par for the course with many contractors these days.

It has almost been 1 year since I have signed a contract with Rich, and there were always excuses why he was not able to complete my buildings. So far, all my building leaks, doors are worped and they are still not completed. Again aways excuses!!! PLEASE hire someone else! Do not fall for his " I'm your BUDDY" personality. You will regret it. I can not wait until I am done with this contractor.

My wife and I had a 40x60 garage built by rich and it turned out fantastic! Rich gave us everything we asked for and helped us out with several other things around the house as well. Rich and his crew do excellent work and we are very pleased with the project. If you are looking for a contractor we would highly recomend Rich Fogle and Son

We planed a large 60x60 two story project. Roof leaks in 9 places. So bad that I have yet to finish the inside because if the water. 3-2"x12" floor joists are missing. I had ice stoppers installed on the roof from them. The first snow they all ripped off. This was because none hit a price if wood. When I went up on the roof the hole were all over the place. Instead of using a chalk line they just eyeballed it. 15" difference I called rich 8 times he promised to have it fixed. It's been two years now. Don't recommend at all. Glen rock pa

The only thing that was good was that the project finally ended. it took forever for them to complete puting our roof on, about three times longer then we agreed on. Is looks horrible and it leaks every time it rains. Have contacted them about the leaks and have only heard back once from them. We have ended up paying twice as much to get it worked on and fixed then our original contract said. We do not recommend at all.

Hired Rich 3 years ago and my 50x80 pole barn is still not finished I call him repeatedly with no answer then I call from a different number he hears my voice and hangs up on me. my roof is leaking and need $9,000 to finish my barn. I am going to sue him for I have almost paid him in full. Do not hire this guy just like all the other reviews he acts like you buddy and a big military man but he is a crook and a scammer
