Very nice individual up front. Really trusted him. Paid him lots of money up front, and he never returned. He kept telling he would come an begin the job via telephone and text and never showed up. After I texted him that I would report him to Better Business Bureau he said he was 100% committed to completing the job. Never turned up, never responds to telephone calls. I have now hired someone else to do the work I paid Rich Industries to do. Yes I was stupid to pay up front, but senior citizens are targets for scam artists. I am 82 years old and really can’t afford to pay two contractors to repair arctic entrance after snow damage.
