We hired Rich Roofing to build a covered patio at the back of our home. We were told the project would take five days. Our project has finally been “completed” after 12 stressful and frustrating weeks. I use the word “completed” very loosely as it is more a matter of knowing that they’re incapable of quality work than it is a matter of having something we are happy with.
We have heard every excuse from car trouble to health issues, broken cellphones to materials on backorder. They didn’t even obtain the proper permits from the county and the city.
Unfortunately, now at the end they have not delivered a porch that was worth the wait. The work looks rushed and messy. When we pointed out several things that we were unhappy with, we were told we were being “too particular.” We are left with several projects just to fix the things they should have done in the first place. We have also been left with deep, visible scratches in the siding of our home (they told us just to use some paint to fix those).
Rich Roofing has terrible customer service. They are unorganized and lack time management skills. They don’t provide quality work. They belittle their customer. They use contractors that can’t get the job done. They have an excuse for everything. Let our mistake be your warning... find someone else to do your project!

Responsiveness
Extremely poor company with even worse customer service. I had them come out to inspect my chimney and paid them $685 for a repair they promised would resolve the issues with my bricks coming loose.. When the bricks continued falling off, I contacted them again a multiple occasions and they never returned my calls.
There are much better companies to hire and I wouldn't even consider giving Rich roofing any business whatsoever. The quality of their work and their professionalism were horrible were horrible. THINK TWICE. NEVER, EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!
