Rich Staley
DO NOT hire Mr. Staley. He says he’s the cheapest and you get what you pay for. He talks a great talk but delivers a poor experience. We paid him his full asking price before the job started. He literally cashed our check within 5 minutes of him getting the check. He was supposed to be in our home the next day to install our new furnace in the morning and didn’t show up until late in the day, left our home without getting the job done, my husband and I came home 2 days later expecting a warm home only for it to be freezing. When we reached out to him he was very put off by us reaching out asking when the job would be completed. He came over and did get our new furnace up and running but did NOT finish the job he said he would do. No invoice left, no owners manual, no rebate information left, didn’t remove our old furnace which was part of the price, didn’t properly seal up the new duct work. Horrible communicator and doesn’t respond to any messages. He doesn’t have any business pages on FB or anywhere where a review can be left. If I had to do it all over again I would have went with someone else. If I could leave zero stars I would.
