My ac went out right at the peak of this summer. Me and my kids were just dying to get it fixed asap. I was pretty much ready to empty my bank for a new unit and everyone i called was booked for at least a month out before i came across "Richard Bates The HVAC Man" there was no way we could wait that long. So i gave him a chance. The quote he gave us made my day. He was here and had replaced plus updated the unit within a couple days. I have absolutely no regrets for going with his company. Richard was very timely and worked hard. I am more than happy with the fast and profesional work that was provided, thank you for a job well done Mr.Bates YOU ROCK!!!

Richard is awesome to work with! We called him last season when our roof mounted unit quit putting out cold air. He patched us up to get through the last of the season. This year we had him give us a quote which included new ductwork! He is honest, professional and pays attention to the details. We now thrilled with our new HVAC system. Richard found and repaired what had been incorrectly done 22 years ago, including a problem with the curbing which had allowed water to enter the attic and a bedroom light fixture!! Highly recommend!!
