I contracted this guy to do a full restoration of my home. He obtained job Jan. 24 and the house still needed demo work completed 2.5 months later. He NEVER obtained ANY city permits. After he BEGGED for $20k, and claimed it was needed for windows and hvac; I finally severed ties when windows and hvac never appeared. Half of the demo trash is still sitting in my home. And he has the nerve to tell me I owe him money, and that I breached the contract. WOW! And get this.. This guy actually thought he was about to get another $20k the day i fired him. With no permits, demo trash still sitting in my home, and no windows or hvac work completed; but he actually was brave and bold enough to ask for more money.
