Worse mistake of my life. I paid them in advance for a new heat pump. Five months later, it still does not work. Can't get them to fix it or respond to my calls. I demanded my money back and was told that wasn't going to happen. I spoke to an employee about suing for my loses and he told me "good luck with that". I would not recommend this company to anyone.
