Darren Harper did a $56k warehouse flat roof job for me at August ,2022!
A, he unlawfully charged my credit card for $33k unauthorized, for this last payment should be paid only After the contract was complete by walk thru inspection and whole warehouse roof water test with me, but he never did so! That’s a STEAL!B, right after , small rains at September, October, November , leaks already showed up, he ask his brother in law came back with less then 10 minutes perfunctory brush over some sealants but can never stop the leaks!
C after Jan and Feb big rains, all the old leaks area, leases again! Even the area he replaced the plywood , still leaks BAD!
D, i am going to make complaint to the contractor board and will sue him , since other roofers s estimate upto $6500 and many roofers even refuse to fix the problem unless ReDo the whole roof since it was badly did!

Contracted to repair leaky roof at my apartment unit . After 3 previous re-visits to fix , still leaks . Does not answer phones. His “license” is also questionable with State of Ca . Smell FRAUD .
