Richard was the perfect choice for our remodel on Sea Island, GA. We bought a home September 2011 which was VERY dated. We employed our Interior Decorator from our home state of Texas as our designer. Edgy Homes, Inc was highly recommended to us by our Realtor and by family we have here in Georgia. He compiled a $500,000 estimate no more than a week and his numbers were right on target---the overages were solely due to changes we made after the work had begun. We were hesitant about such a large project from such a distance but Richard assured us all would go smooth--and it did. As we walked around the home, Richard would ask, "what do you want to do here" and our response was "not sure but we need a quote on it". He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was PERFECT!!! Our expectations were surpassed!!!
My wife is already looking for another investment property for Richard to remodel for us on St. Simons or Sea Island. There is no question who we will choose for this next venture.
