Rich had done some major renovations in our home when we 1st purchased it. His work was done in the agreed upon timeframe and was done well for a reasonable price. We had several smaller done after and they were done well, also. The major problem lies in the part of the last project- 2 years ago. Rich offer to construct an entertainment unit and requested a 50% deposit. He never delivered the unit nor did he refund our deposit even after agreeing to do so. That put a very sour taste in our mouth and a deficit in our bank account. In our last contact with Rich we asked for him to reimbursement in 6 monthly installments, which was agreed upon. That was 6 weeks ago and still nothing.

Caution/Beware!! It is impossible for us to recommend Rich Efymow (doing business as "Rich Efymow Builders, LLC" or "Rtk Builders, LLC" or "Rich Efymow") to anyone. We contracted with him) to do work for us in 2018 and gave him a requested deposit. Work was not done and he (Rich Efymow) never returned the full deposit we gave him at the time the contract was signed. We recently petitioned the Small Claims Court, in Cape May County, NJ for relief and received a judgment from this court (against "Rich Efymow Builders, LLC") in the amount of slightly over $4,000. In short, our (bad) experience with this individual precludes us from giving anything but a negative review and a warning to others!
