    Michael R Farwell accepted a remodeling job, and mediation of damage, as well. He guaranteed that his workers had been in his employ for years; not 2.5 weeks, as was found out when walls with no damage were removed, mandatory testing was not done, and he then walked off the job leaving his mess behind. I would be extremely hesitant to recommend this builder to anyone, as I have known him for some time, and trusted him; my mistake. It will never happen again.
