Rick Youzamp and crew did a major remodel in our home that was mechanically and aesthetically challenging. It involved removing an interior load-bearing wall on the first floor, and creating a more modern look in a house that was built in the early 1980's. All work is of top quality and Rick's design sense helped us obtain a beautiful result. Rick is honest and fair, and changes went very smoothly - without resistance and priced fairly. I spent a lot of time on site during the construction, and all of the subs spoke highly of Rick, as did his crew. I think peer respect is the highest of recommendations.
