    This site is providing incorrect information. Some of the job listed were not done by Richard J. Kelley and is being looked into.
    The job on 12-5-2012 is the only job recognized by this contractor and was during employment with Coastal Construction located in Duxbury, Ma. and was completed and signed off by the building dept and is closed.
