    roof repair

    I saw that this contracting business was working on a home a few blocks from mine. Mr. Novak came down from the roof and was kind enough to meet with me & I explained I had a leak in my roof that needs repair. He came into my home, looked at the ceiling, and assured me not to worry--that he'd have one of his men take care of it. I asked what the cost would be and he joked "$6,000". I'm a single disabled person living on a very modest budget and I let him know I needed a real estimate. He just said "Don't worry about it. I'll take care of it." Sounded like he was going to be doing me a favor and giving me a great deal. Day after day, nobody came to do the repair. When I called or emailed, he kept "assuring" me that they'd be there"tomorrow". Tomorrow kept coming and going. I rescheduled doctor visits so I'd be present when the repairman showed up. I didn't get any estimates from other contractors because Mr. Novak acted as if he were going to repair my roof. To say I'm disappointed in Richard John Novak, LTD , Building Consultant & General Contractor is an understatement. You just don't treat people with such disrespect like that. If he didn't want to be bothered with my roof repair, why not say "We can't do it"? As my Mom once told a business owner who'd been unkind and unfair to her back when I was a young child, I'd like to say the same to Mr. Novak: MAYBE YOU'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS TOO LONG.

    HI MY FRIEND I WAS SORRY TO HEAR THAT TRUILY RICHARD IN NOVEMBER 2016 WAS UNDER OPEN HEART SERGERY AT ST FRANSIS HOSPITAL AND HE NEVER DID WORK IN CT HE IS NOT LICENSE THERE I T MAY BE ONE OF THE WORKER USING HIS TRUCK AND WAS DOING SIDE JOB FOR HIMSELF AS I REQUEST TO RICHARD TO HAVE LOW JACK ON ALL HIS CARS AND SO WE CAN TRAKE IT MY NAME : ISAAC AGHA OPM FOR RICHARD NOVACK MY PHONE AS YOU SEE AND EMAIL IF WE CAN OFFER ANY HELP TO YOU WE WILL BE GLAD TODO IT PLEASE FOR FUTURE GET A COTATION FROM US WITH AN INVOICE FOR ANY JOB WE ARE IN THE PROSSESING OF DOING IT
