Rick started a project to do the Bathroom Plumbing. He did not do the installation properly. Not only did he cause the project to be delayed but caused others to have to come back and re do their work because of the damage caused by Rick's negligence. He then decided not to complete his work and blame others for his mistakes. I had to hire others to complete Rick's contract. Never hire him again for anything. all excuses.
