I had a wonderful experience when I hired Rich's Masonry to install a blue stone patio and walkway in my backyard.
He executed on a beautiful pattern I chose, stayed within budget, and finished in a timely manner.
I've already recommended Rich to several people, and would highly recommend him to you. -
By Kendra M.August 3, 2017Front stoop$6,500
Several months ago I hired Rich to replace my front stoop. He was professional, kind, and did incredible work.
Rich promised he could pick out a great brick, obtain our unusual choice of Tennessee limestone tred, and he could finish the project in our allotted time. He delivered on all of those promises and exceeded our expectations.
Our new stoop is delightful. Not only does the front of our house standout from all of our neighbors, but the craftsmanship and design Rich executed was flawless. My husband and I have already given Rich's number out to several community members, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a great mason doing work on their home.

Great experience working with this contractor. My wife's friend recommended him to us. We hired Rich to install a Belgium block apron at the bottom of our driveway. The job went seamlessly and our driveway looks amazing. He finished the project in only a few days time. I would recommend him to anyone needing a reasonably priced quality mason in our area.

By Andrea P.July 30, 2017Amazing Stone Veneer$30,000
I would first like to note before hiring Rich. I explained to him the only reason I hired him was because he was highly recommended to me from my colleague, but I was hesitant because of the reviews found on this website.
Despite my reservations, I hired Rich to stone veneer the front of my home and chimney. It came out amazing. Rich totally changed the complexion of my home in just 2 weeks time. I am ecstatic with the finished product. Not only did the work he do improve my curb appeal, but increased my property value as well.
I have referred Rich to several friends and family members. Don't allow the reviews on this site dissuade you. Remember a couple bad apples does not ruin the whole bushel. -
By Robert D.July 30, 2017Front steps$5,500
Extremely happy with my new front steps. Rich matched our existing brick facade with the new brick he used on our front steps. I was cautious when asking him to do roll-lock on my steps instead of a limestone/blue stone tred. But it came out looking wonderful. My wife and I were very pleased with Rich and the job he did. He kept his work area very clean, he was very kind, and honest about the price and work it entailed. I would recommend him to anyone needing new front steps.

By AnonymousJune 13, 2015Replace steps$3,0006 daysTERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!
Consumers beware of this contractor. I hired him to put in new steps. He started work on 6/10 and broke up a couple of steps and placed some cinder blocks in my walkway, total hours of work for that day 1.5 hours. Thursday after I called him 5 times and he would not answer his phone he showed up a 3 pm to remove the debris of about two broken step and left. Total work time 15 minutes. Friday he showed up at the end of day to drop off bricks and left, the phone conversation I had with him was that he would return in the morning to take down the steps and complete the steps by Monday. As of now, I have not heard from him after he ignored three of my calls. Total hours of work for four days is 1 hour 45 minutes. He’s not a man of integrity and don’t seem to care about his company reputation. Unfortunately I paid him half of the amount of the contract, which now I will have to sue him for. He comes across as a nice guy, but away and keep your money in your pocket.

. "DO NOT PAY HIM AHEAD OF THE COMPLETE JOB BEING DONE AND BEING ACCEPTABLE " We are a commercial site contracting company and used Rich Natalie Masonry for cement work at our job site. The quality of work was unacceptable, did not pass, and has to be redone. We made the mistake of paying him before knowing the work was unacceptable. We are trying to get some money back and or have him redo the work. It has been a few weeks, we aren't expecting much from him.

This contractor came and replaced my steps and did an outstanding job. I paid half down and gave him the remaining balance once the steps were completed on March 26, 2012. I even gave his guys a nice tip. However, he had to remove my rails and promised that he would be back in thirty days to put the rails up. I have called him over and over, left messages and every once in a while he'll answer and promise to get it done during the week. Today, 5/18/12; I called and reached him and again he promised he would be here this afternoon, still a no show. This is very bad customer service and even though his work was great, I'll never use him again or refer him to anyone. Several people have even asked me about who replaced my steps because they look very nice, but I won't refer him because of the way he handles his business. I shouldn't have paid for the complete job until my rails were back up, but I never thought I would be chasing him like this to complete the job. Therefore, I'm rating him a 2. If you use him take it from me don't pay in full until your job is completed.

My partner and I hired Rich to rebuild our chimney. It went great. Rich saved us a lot of time and money. Other contractors were trying to sell us a whole new chimney, where as Rich walked us through what truly needed to be done (we really only needed the top portion of our chimney rebuilt). He matched the existing chimney brick and mortar perfectly with new material, and there is no seam where the old chimney meets the new chimney.
We've already hired Rich to do another project in the fall. My partner and I agree; Rich is a great mason, we were lucky to find him, and we'd recommend him to anyone needing work in our area.
