Let's face it; when we call a plumber it's because we have a serious problem that needs immediate attention. I've head lots of stories about plumbers who do not answer calls, do not callback, and do not show up. Over the last few years I have had my share of plumbing problems (e.g., a hot water heater that died on a Saturday morning, a toilet I smashed to pieces while installing molding, etc.) ). Each time I called Richard. Each and every time he responded quickly and always timely solved my problems. He's great. I highly recommend him.
