Unfortunately Richard Pfeiffer cannot be trusted. He came out and bid for a complete interior and exterior paint job for my home. A bit expensive (over $10,000 for a 1,700 square foot single story home), but I told him I was willing to pay for quality work. His crew completed the exterior and did a pretty good job. They got halfway through the interior and Richard began to rush them to complete the job, wanted them done by the weekend. Friday comes and Richard wants to be paid the final balance owed for the job. There were still repairs necessary, 2nd coats needed, unfinished areas and general sloppiness. He agreed to come back and finish the remaining work at a later date, and like a fool I trusted him and paid him. That was 3 months ago. I have left multiple voice mail and text messages, all with no response. Looks like I'll have to hire someone else to finish the job. Don't trust this man, call someone else.
