Richard Breau's CSL was suspended in 2010 By the Massachusetts Department of Public safety for numerous building code violations. The Consumer Affairs office reprimanded Mr Breau and Fined him $4,000.
We have 2 additions that do not pass building code and will cost us over 40K to repair because of Mr. Breau's poor workmanship, unfair and deceptive practices, misrepresentation of materials, and lack of building code knowledge. He put a fraudulent lien on our property with double charges, made up charges, and gross over charges that are over 1000% increase. Court found him guilty and was forced to remove the lien.
I have many pictures of the poor workmanship.
We are left with 2 additions that do not pass building code and a hefty attorney bill which Mr. Breau is supposed to be paying - court ruled.
I can supply more detail and pictures.
He doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
