    Install and service HVAC system in 8 units
    $10,000

    They left open holes in the walls while waiting for an additional purchase order. After final installation we discovered that the thermostat was not working correctly they made 2 follow up appointments to replace existing thermostat. The first appt they did not show up or call as to why the no show. The second appointment they showed up 2 hours late without any regards for the customer both times. These units are under warranty. If you need service from this company you are at their mercy as to when they provide it. Service is everything which they showed no regard in anyway for the keeping their appointments or the customer. Horrible
