Based on living in a house Mr. Valdez built, I would NOT recommend him.
1). The floors are uneven and go up and down hill
2) The trim work around the fireplace is absolutely the worst I've ever seen
3). The interior paint is very poor quality
4. The construction of the garage is very poor
