45 foot retaining wall that R Yurkin put in our adjoining properties collapsed into my yard . It was only one year old .He did NOT put in any PVC drain pipe which was in old wall .He did not put 12 inches of gravel for drainage between new wall and dirt. It was packed with dirt .He did NOT have a 30" footer below frost line . He did NOT pack rebar into bricks and cement . I am told by other contractors he even used wrong bricks .Richard Yurkin refuses to take responsibility.Electric box which was on wall was attached to my basement wiring and shorted out. I have no door bell outside lights etc.
