Hired to do a bathroom remodel. Work was so poor we stopped them halfway through. Asked for deposit money back and finally had to take them to court. Judge awarded us 5k deposit money back after seeing pictures. Company hasn’t paid and won’t respond to calls or email. New contractor couldn’t believe all the shortcuts and wrong things they did. Had to remove their tile and sheetrock to redo plumbing, electrical and tile.

The company does terrible work. Hired to remodal bathroom and build addition, it took them three months to do remodal after tearing up both bathroom and never did addition. Hired new company and having to pay them to correct plumming issues RIchards did in inner bathroom. The toliet water is going under the floor due to not piping it correctly, they did not install a pee trap for the tub or a water pipe for water flow, and they cut a primary floor stud that holds up the house foundation. We also had to have the floor replaced and the toliet moved to correct what Richards workers did to the bathroom. Not a company to hire to do any kind of work.
