I used Richard's Repairs for 2 total home rehabs. One in 2018 and one in 2019. I couldn't have been happier with the quality and cost of the work. Work was completed on time and to the best standards. They were responsive and happy to make changes to original scope of work as new issues came up. I was so happy with the work on homes I was flipping, that this year, I am using them to do work on my own home. It's nearly finished and looks great!

I hired Richard’s Repairs to do some handyman repairs and paint the interior of my house prior to putting it on the market. The work was done ahead of schedule, on budget and looked fantastic. Pete kept me well informed on project progress. Very easy to work with — no surprises. I highly recommend him.
