This contractor gave us an estimate in December 2023 for a job that would start in January 2024 and end in May of 2024. When he did show up for work, he would be on his phone and not working on the project. He went one month without communication and would not return texts or calls. When he was asked to leave the job after failure to complete the job on time (he was hired for walls, plumbing and electrical--he was fired as he had not even completed walls within the 4 months) he was kindly asked to tally up the total for costs of labor and supplies. He was given a generous deposit and payment for supplies, and he KEPT both. He did not return keys, money or even offer an apology. This man stole, from a cat cafe. A CAT CAFE. So, we are currently working with new contractors to build the foster home for the cats. Do not work with this person. Just, run.
