Richardson remodeling forgot to metal-wrap the wood in the back, but when I pointed it out they came back the next day, took the gutter back off, wrapped the wood, and reattached the gutter before I got home from work. I also pointed out a mistake on the bill which they immediately changed.
So they did very good work and were honest about everything, but just make sure you check the work.
