Owner
Stay as far away from this contractor as possible. We purchased a new construction home from Brian, the builder and owner of Richland Homes and we have had nothing but problems. Our roof leaked the first month we moved in, the garage floods (he said this is normal), the guttering system is a mess (he said it will not hurt anything), siding is coming off the house, our upstairs air conditioner has already quit, our garage door quit and I could continue to go on....all of this happened within 7-8 months of owning the house. He has refused to fix the garage issues and the guttering issue and when you do have an issue, he takes weeks to get back to you and he is very hateful. He got in my realtors face and yelled at her prior to closing on the house. This should have been a red flag to move on.....However, hopefully I can help someone else. I would avoid him at all costs!
