This company was highly recommended by our trusted roofer after having a new roof installed.
We needed a new "stand" for our roof stop a/c. After calling him he arrived within a day, and told me an approximate price and I stated to the owner that I needed to have it done, so come do it.
I waited 2 weeks and called back as I had not heard anything, left a message and got a call back from an office person, stating they would build the stand "that weekend" and install it on Monday. No one showed.
Waited, called again, left a message, got a call back, said they would be there next week to install a stand. No one showed.
Had my husband call, left a message, got a call back, was told they would build it and install it that next Friday or Saturday, that was the week of May 14. Told him we would be gone, but was ASSURED that the new stand would be installed.
Got home a few days later... NO Work was done. Have waited now over 3 months.
I called right away in April to get this done before the a/c business got busy, but apparently the job wasn't big enough for their needs, which is disappointing, just wish they had said they weren't interested in the job. Won't return our calls.
When he returned I wanted to ask him about a couple issues we were having with our a/c that needed repair, so he lost a service call also.
Am hesitant to even give one star.
