We bought our house and previous owners did not take care of it. The septic system smelled horrible outside and the top cap was cracked.
Rich inspected and cleaned our system when we bought the house, so when this issue was noticed he came out and replaced the lid for free.
Then, 4.5 years later (5/25) I smelled gas gas (like city gas, not poo gas) and it was coming from the area of the septic tanks. We don’t have city gas, so I was super nervous and scared of what was going on. I texted Rich with my concerns and asked him what his thoughts were (just wanted his opinion) and he sent out someone immediately. The gentlemen dug up the area, but we couldn’t find the smell. He put my worries at ease and AGAIN, never charged me! Like, who does that these days?!
I am sending him some money, because I want to reward and thank them for everything they have done, but I felt leaving a review would be more valuable to them and their business. You don’t come across this old school customer service anymore, especially not in the corrupt state of Arizona (meaning, most contractors here screw you over, IMO).
