    Bathroom tile
    $17,000

    Gregor RIchter worked for over a year on tiling our master bathroom, showing up here and there. He finally abandoned the job, and caused us so many problems that we had to get someone else in to fix them. He used grout that turned our marble yellow, so he had to replace the tiles. Unbelievably, he didn't pay attention to the tiles and installed the wrong ones and had to replace the tiles again. He scratched the joints of the polished marble slabs with some sort of abrasive material and ruined the finish. He installed the steam shower tiles without proper grout and so we had water seepage behind the tiles. Just a disaster of an experience. A. Letgolts
