    Approximately six years ago I hired Rick to be my project manager we worked on a residential home that was approximately 1100 ft.² and with his expertise and the architect Roy we completed at 2150 ft.² home that was now trilevel and across the street from the beach we worked on the project for approximately two years the finished product attest to his skill an in-depth knowledge Of construction. I learned a great deal of construction,working with rick and became aware of how you can save money but ultimately end up spending more because of the quality of the product. The home he help me create is now approximately seven years and old and because of his expertise everything from the plaster, beams, floors, appliances, plumbing etc. are working great. I would highly recommend this contractor because of consciousness to detail and incredible knowledge about construction, particularly with working on a pre existing structure, which relies on skills that only comes with experience.
