Rick built my home in 2020 and we’ve had nothing but problems as we approach the one year mark.
Paint is patchy and spotty everywhere. Our wood floors are splintering and buckling every room because they never let them settle.
We’ve had shingles fly off.
Our roof has had leaks through the dry wall of our ceiling.
Windows are tight and hardly open.
We’ve had so many issues and it’s because of zero attention to detail, poor workmanship and most likely hiring bs workers to rush a job.
I couldn’t recommend against using this builder more, unless you want to uncover problem after problem.
