We are a General Contracting Firm specializing in Historic Renovation from the foundation up. Over the last 25 years I have put together a team of designers, engineers and sub-contractors to meet all your building needs large and small.
We offer creative solutions looking at the solution from an aesthetic and economic solution. Our renovations include homes designed by Julia Morgan, John Hudson Thomas and many Craftsmen Style Homes.
The environment is extremely important to us . We are a Certified Green Building and Remodeling Contractor partnered with Build it Green in order to stay on top of and have access to the most up to date Green building materials and techniques.
I personally am a Certified Green point Rater for both new and Existing Buildings. And I am proud to say that 95% of our construction waste is recycled and not sent into the landfill.
Our number one priority from me down to my employees is customer service and satisfaction.
