My experience was horrible. I was told my bathroom remodel (not changing the tub or the toilet) lasted 5 full weeks. A good talker Zack Spicer is, however he does not do what he says he will. My tub is ruined and now has be be reglazed because they used it for a storage bin for tools and equipment. The work was shoddy and many times they were either very late or did not show up having a multitude of excuses They were sloppy, left screws and nails on the floor tracked tile grout all over the place. UNPROFESSIONAL .I too feel ripped off and would never recommend Zack Spicer (son of Rick Spicer) for any work.

The best description I can give is Half-Assed.
He was recommended by a realtor, largely, I think, because he's a good talker.
When we met him, he kept talking about his "crew." This crew consisted of his two sons, one of whom is still in high school (ironically, he probably did the best work). He kept saying he was going to do things a certain way and then ended up taking a bunch of shortcuts. The work he left us with is shoddy. He ruined one of our drains and we have to call electricians to finish the work he did (for which he told us he was going to call and have inspected and never did). We feel ripped off.

Rick and his crew talk a good talk but are inept. Tile was laid unevenly, trim was cut inaccurately, they showed up numerous times unprepared to do that day's work. They drug the job out and took short-cuts. Plus, his PA license number was/is expired.
