    Replace old driveway
    $15,000

    Contract signed Feb 2, 2021.
    First pouring Mar 3, 2021.
    Last pouring after threatening legal action May 12, 2021.
    Final clean up after threatening non-payment
    may 20, 2021.
    I now have a driveway with two large depressions that puddle and don’t drain.
    They will be ice in the winter.
    The drainage ditches were filled with old concrete and dirt and left that way.
    I was told the city fixes that.
    DO NOT HIRE!!

    Basement floor replacement, stain and finish
    $3,983

    Seemed like a good, honest man until his crew had issues and he had received payment in full. The poured concrete went off while worker was away and late to return. Rick defended the work and put off completing the project for 11 weeks. He became hostile and we were forced to finish ourselves after having already paid. Very disappointing. Many professionals consulted agreed that the work was sub-par and were surprised by the obvious lack of care shown in the follow up. He got angry and ground the edges without tarping leaving concrete dust coating my home and furnishings which I have spent hours cleaning and have hours more to go.

    Rick's Concrete did a great job, my bottom patio looks great, they edged and lined it up to the house nicely and left no mess behind. I think it took them about 3 days but that was because of weather that moved in so it delayed things a day. Even one of the guys heard a chance of rain coming in and showed up at my house at 630ish pm to cover the concrete so rain drops wouldn't hurt the surface. All the guys were polite and respectfull and overall it was good experience. I would recommend them and I have to others not sure if they followed through with doing what they were going to do or not but I recommended them any ways. I also contracted one of the guys to do other things around the house that I wanted done because he was main one who was in charge of the patio, no body would go wrong with hiring these guys!
