I have used Rick's Plumbing and Heating over the course of several years. They have replaced my three toilets, replaced all of my sink faucets, replaced outside faucets and replaced my water conditioner along with reinstalling my hot water heater and bringing it up to code for city reinspection. They are prompt, professional and courteous. I would not and have not hesitated to recommend they to anyone. People that I have referred and used him and are very satisfied with their work. This is an A+ company in my book. Thanks for everything.

I've been using Rick's Plumbing and Heating for several years now and am very happy with their service. Emerson, Donovaughn, Jorge, Thomas have all been super efficient, knowledgeable and honest. I would ( and have) highly recommend them to anyone.

Responsiveness and a "my customer is my most important responsibility" attitude is what keeps me using Rick's Plumbing and Heating. Donovan knows his business and his customers and strives to make things right. He'll take care of you. Anyone reading this review who has done any research on other plumbers and/or had other experiences knows that a plumber like this is very difficult to find. As a contractor myself, I've used seven plumbers in the past 24 months. Getting someone to call you back, show up on time, show up at all, return your call, give you an estimate in a timely manner... all that stuff is nearly non-existent in New Mexico. But, Donovan and his guys are the exception. Way to go, Rick's team!
