The customer service with rickvanaiire was horrible. They installed a new unit for us and the same day the system wasn't cooling the house and began freezing up. Why would a brand new system freeze up and not work right after installation. Called them that same night to let them know the system isn't cooling and they were unavailable, left a message they never called back. We had to call them again the next day again and they came to look at it again. They had no knowledge of what they were doing, how to fix, or why their brand new system wasn't working. When they scheduled to come out again to try to fix the system they never called or showed up when they said they would. After that we were treated as if we were the problem, put off on the back burner and was given disrespect and attitude. Up to now still waiting for them to come back and install a part that they said they would this was in July and now it's September they have never called back or returned. Now we have a unit that still isn't cooling the house and freezes up. They took our money gave us a unit that is worthless and have never called back or returned to complete provide us with a fully functional brand new AC unit. Would never use or recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service, takes days to call back. Shows up to appointments hours late, doesn't show up to some appointments. Technician came out, performed service, service performed did not fix AC issues. This company was referred to me by AC unit manufacturer's warranty department. My AC unit is only one year old and still under warranty. The technician came out a few days later on July 30, 2018. After inspecting the unit, he informed me the unit needed to be flushed, vacuumed, and recharged with Freon. This service was done and paid for. The next day the unit was having the same issues I had called the tech in for. The tech kept giving me excuses that it was a hot day and the air won't cool so much on hot days. My air was cooling just fine the first year, even on extremely hot days. I walk into other people's houses on extremely hot days and their airs are cooling just fine. I know air conditioners cool just fine on extremely hot days, it was obvious at this point he didn't know what needed to be fixed on my unit and just took advantage of me by flushing it and charging me $350. The next date he was able to come over was August 16, 2018, the services I had paid him for had a one year warranty on his labor, and my unit was still not cooling properly. He came and checked it claiming it was performing just fine (even though the unit won't shut off, or cool the house below 83 degrees). Now my electric bill is arriving at $300+ per month, when it usually isn't more than $150 per month. The tech doesn't have a resolution, has no idea what is wrong with my unit. I call him again on September 19th. He doesn't answer my calls, returns my voice messages or text messages. I leave him one last message asking if he refuses to come through with his service agreement to at least let me know so that I can inform the manufacturer and they are able to assign someone else to come out. He immediately responds that voicemail that he will be at my house the next day, which he doesn't come out until September 22nd (and for a different ac wall unit service call). Once the tech arrives at my house on September 22nd, he starts acting weird towards my two small dogs (6lbs each), which he has had interaction with on all the previous services calls he has made to my house the past few weeks. I ask my son to put the dog away. My son, being 10 years old, did not want to obey me, and put up a bit of resistance to put the dog away. The technician with an attitude, started walking out my house, stating he was going to deal with this situation, slammed my front door, as he drove away hit my mailbox and damaged it. I was completely confused by what happened.
