Ricky Lozano

I hired Ricky to paint the full interior of my home in Menifee. Ricky and his crew did an outstanding job. My biggest concern was cleanliness and mask protection. I didn't even have to mention anything to him. They wore a mask and cleaned after themselves at all times. The home came out beautiful and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional home painter.

On Sept 7,2016 Ricky Lozano was hired to paint the interior of our home. This painter cannot be trusted. He caused so many damages that was beyond the contract amount of $5800.00. He refused to fix any damages to our home. We had to report him to the CSLB and on DEC 23,2016 an inspection took place at my residence and was $19,500 in damages. The report findings were13 complaints that does not meet accepted trade standards for good and workman-like construction!
We took Ricky Lozano and Hudson insurance bond to court on June 13,2017 and won a judgement against them. Both of the defendants were liers cannot be trusted.They say a bond is supposed to protect you if the contractor does not complete the work stated in the contact agreement and provided defective workmanship. The bond is not in your corner folks and they will try everything not to pay the claim! Stay away from this contractor,he is bad news and don't rely on the bond because they are just as shoddy as the contractor!

I checked around because it's so hard to find a good contractor or painter. One that actually gets the job done right but also fast. Some show up late or have every excuse to put the job off or just straight out suck. But Ricky was there on time everyone as promised and did the job right the first time. I recommend Ricky to everyone.

I just love Ricky right now. He painted my home and my daughters home. She got accent walls through the home and I got a full Exterior Done and my Living room, Dinning room, and Kitchen painted for the holidays coming up and it looks just marvelous. He Did both houses back to back. I called him on a Sunday and By Monday I had him in my home. He showed up everyday on time and cleaned up after himself. His team was very fast and efficient. My neighbors loved his work and will be calling him soon to get their house painted. He is such a great guy i would recommend him to anyone looking to get their home painted. My daughter saw his work and right away called him to paint her home. She got the accent walls done 2 days after he finished with mine. Her house looks beautiful now thanks to the recommendations he made. To top it off he painted her baseboard for free because of my referral. Such a great guy.

From day one when I called Ricky for an estimate on my home and him coming out to the property asap was a pretty quick response. The job was for house exterior paint/stucco repair/, the project was done in 2days and very satisfied with the job. Ricky and his crew are very professional and work very clean, we highly recommend his services and look forward for future projects and recommendations to friends and family.

Working with Ricky was easy. Sent him measurements of room, wall conditions and paint idea, he responded quickly with an estimate and our paint job was scheduled. Ricky arrived on time and immediately went to work. He and his assistant painted our soon to be nursery and created a beautiful striped accent wall with absolutely no bleeding paint. The horizontal lines were measured and taped by hand and the results are beautiful. I look forward to having more work done by Ricky and his team.

I hired Ricky Lozano from 25th April 2015 to paint my property in Perris. the job was unprofessional, I can still see water markings after he painted the ceilings. He was also contracted to power wash the house. the house still feels dirty and I can rub my hand over the windows and feel tons of dirt. Ricky told me that he didn't powerwash the windows because he didnt wanted to break them. Seriously.
I still pay him in full what we agreed upon and he said that Nancy, his wife will send me the invoice. I still haven't got the invoice and receipt. They keep ignoring my messages now.

I will say that be very cautious while hiring him and I have couple of tips from my experience. Be prepared to be on site and get the job done right. second, please don't pay until you get the invoice and get the receipt right when you pay. You cant trust them to their word.

Ricky and his crew absolutely came to my rescue. After four different contractors made my home a disaster area, Ricky came in and made our vision finally become a reality. They worked diligently and paid great attention to detail. Ricky made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left our home. Also, I don't think I've ever seen a crew do such a great job of cleaning up after themselves. A very talented team and I would not only use them again but I have handed out his business cards to all of my neighbors.

Great guy very honest and very good at what he does. I have used him for several of our homes and he never fails. Always does a beautiful Job makes my homes look brand new again. Over all 5 stars.
