He didn't finish the work that he was paid for. His workmanship was shoddy, leaking a month after done, and he blocked the phone calls so he didn't have to finish the job. When contacted by another phone he answered the first ring and then made an appointment to come view his "handy work". Surprise, he never showed. Never pay him in full.
