    Put a roof on my house April 23, 2021. Got a letter saying that my insurance did not pay them enough. The letter states I owe then $3783.78. I tried to reach Ridge Down every day and I get a busy signal. Also, threaten to put me in collections.

    Neal Scoppettuolo in back in Tampa, Look up 8 on your side before you let this crook work on your , he has changed business names but not his scams. Now goes under Ridge Down Construction LLC.
    He replaced my roof April 2020, stating everything but the plywood would be replaced, I started calling in late June 2021 about a leak, found almost all of the phone numbers I had no longer worked, what calls and emails did go through when unanswered or they were unresponsive. It appears that the flashing around the dormers was never touched and non-standard practices had taken place and now leaks. I’m sure if you start looking you will find what I have, he’s back and taking advantage of people in need. The only numbers working are Amanda's 813-331-4446 and Kris 727-550-6913.

    When a tornado did significant damaged to our roof we was confused about who to call and what to do. After speaking to the insurance company, we began the process of getting quotes for a new roof. The very first quote I received was from Ridgedown construction. They explained the roofing procedures thoroughly, helped my wife and I pick out colors and made us feel comfortable with the process. Of the five estimates we received, Ridgedown had the best price. They were honest and forthright about all charges, and finished my roof from start to finish in just a few days. Their employees were polite, courteous and spoke English, and their work is top notch and professional. The finished roof looks great and has made me the envy of my neighbors. It is without hesitation that we recommend the work of Ridgedown Construction.
