DO NOT USE RIDGELINE!
Mike and Nathaniel were nice enough gentlemen to start but turned out to be extremely unprofessional and unqualified to be running a roofing project. The quality of work required the city to come back multiple times to inspect. They increased the price of the job by 50% after they had already started and demanded I pay it, threatening to place a mechanic's lien if I did not cover for their screw up.
They never showed up when they promised. They didn't pay their subcontractors which caused the subcontractors to start calling, harassing, and threatening me.
I am still fighting for them to complete the job in a satisfactory manner and will likely be taking legal action soon.
UPDATE (9/8/21): Mike has now stood me up twice to come correct his businesses poor work.
P.S. I see one of their very few 5 star surveys was actually submitted by one of the owners! They are not honest or trustworthy.
