Brad Fenton
Opportunistic Shyster. He solicited us. He tricked me into signing a "contract" under the guise of "permission to converse with my insurance company" When he demanded $15k in cash and we did not comply and were advised by our Homeowners Insurance NOT to go with him he slapped us with a lawsuit claiming I had "breeched the contract" and he needed compensation for work he never performed. He sued us for nearly $7k - dragged us thru court for nearly a year and put us on TRIAL where he lied thru his teeth in court. We WON the case he had against us. No legal merit for his case. BEWARE of this company that is NOT in his name any longer it is in his new wife's name - Amy Joe Fenton in MO not KS.
